Set in the sublime The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant, Lalique celebrated the Art of Spring with a beautifully curated selection of decorative objects, jewellery and fragrances.
The campaign, set in the sublime The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant, celebrates Spring through the encounter of two creative prodigies: 2 Michelin starred Chef Mark Donald and avant-garde floral artist Jefferson Fouquet. Together, they create a perfect efflorescence of the five senses.
Mark Donald, a Michelin starred chef and a self taught culinary virtuoso, has honed his innate talent for haute cuisine by serving worldwide. At Noma, one of the world’s finest restaurants, he gained an appreciation for raw, wild ingredients and sophisticated flavours. Since returning home to Scotland in 2021 Mark Donald has been head chef at The Glenturret Lalique restaurant.
Jefferson Fouquet has revolutionised the world of flowers by breaking the codes of floral art in a personal and radical way. He has worked as a florist for some of the biggest names in fashion, creating hybrid, surreal, and highly visual creations that provoke a sensitive disruption of the established art form.
